My doctor just recommended that I try the GFCF diet, which is just fine except that I've so many questions and no clue how to find the answers. Gluten free stuff seems to be pretty easy to find, but none of the websites say much about casein free. Does anyone know how to tell if something is casein free? My mom said lactose is alright but not actual milk? How does that work? We've got several different grains at home, but none of them are ground and we haven't a grain grinder. Does anyone have recipes for whole grains that are gluten free? I'll probably have more questions as I go along...
